Newport

A City by the Sea

Newport is just 60 miles south of Boston in neighboring Rhode Island. Rhode Island is the Ocean State, so the fact that Newport is known as the "city by the sea" and the "yachting capital of the world" comes as no surprise.

Mansions, Beaches, & Cliffs

Tour the world-famous Newport Mansions, the 19th-century vacation homes (or "cottages," as they called them) of the American elites. In between mansion tours, walk along the Cliff Walk, a 3.5-mile path surrounded by the shore on one side and the mansions on the other. Then, drive along Ocean Drive for a glimpse at some more contemporary mansions. Top it all off with a visit to the International Tennis Hall of Fame or the America's Cup Yacht Races. With so many beautiful venues and exciting adventures on offer, Newport is an ideal location for incentive programs.
