Nantucket

Massachusetts's Most Exclusive Coastal Address

Nantucket is an island 30 miles south of Cape Cod. It is only 26 miles long and comprises 40% conservation land, so it has some of the highest valued homes in the United States.

A Seasonal Haven

Nantucket's population of 10,000 grows to over 50,000 during the summer with seasonal residents and tourists. There's plenty to attract those 40,000 people to the island. Over 800 buildings and structures built before the Civil War still stand there today, including the oldest mill in the country, which was built in 1746—and is still in operation today! Though there isn't a single fast food chain or traffic light on the island, it's still one of the busiest ports in the Northeast.
