Special Events: Events & Entertaining During Tradeshows ![]()
Boston's Blue Man Group! Conferences aren’t just a time for learning and expanding on your wealth of knowledge (and all that other stuff) – they’re also about entertaining and networking to broaden your horizons. What better way to host your VIP delegates or get “in” with a future client then by showing them the absolute best Boston has to offer? NXTevent specializes in fabulously unique events that will sweep anyone off their feet.
How about we transform the not so always proper Great Hall at the Harvard Club? Perhaps an unannounced take over by the Blues Brothers at the Wang Center or the traditional BSO?
Ask your clients to spend an evening with you with our customized “Blue Zoo” theme combing oceania blue with Blue Man Group and get the best in Boston's theater on an otherwise dark night! Best known for its award-winning theatrical productions described as "ground-breaking," "hilarious," "visually stunning" and "musically powerful," these performances feature three enigmatic bald and blue characters who take the audience through a multi-sensory experience that combines theatre, percussive music, art, science and vaudeville into a form of entertainment that is like nothing else. We guarantee that anyone you bring to Blue Man will be awed.
Enjoy a riff at Sculler’s Club with dinner by the riverside. Music lovers will rave about their Boston Music Bash. Led by jazz impresario Fred Taylor, the 200-seat Sculler’s Jazz Club has become a true Boston landmark offering spectacular views of the Boston's skyline and the Charles River that serve as the picture perfect backdrop for world-class entertainment you won't see anywhere else in Boston. The sensory journey begins with a three-course pre-show dinner overlooking the Charles River, with a menu that combines intense flavors by combining the freshest native and global ingredients and imaginative presentation. As an encore to the meal, the show begins after dinner with an upbeat, high energy legendary Boston blues or jazz band. This entertainment is sure to be sassy with audience participation between the band and the dance floor.
Have an afternoon free and feel like bonding over bar hopping? If you’re nodding, check out a Boston Irish and Heritage Brewery Tour. Boston, the great city of the Puritans, Yankees and Brahmins, has always had pubs. But it took the Irish immigrants to bring an authentic pub and beer experience to Boston, the Irish Capital of America. In this tour, NXTevent honors the Irish heritage as well as many of our colonial forebearers who influence today's pub and microbrewery scene. As you trail about town, you have a historic re-enactment with stops in 3 pubs or breweries, complete with beer tasting and great appetizers.
And if you can remain focused on work during all this fun. . .you might just seal that deal.
